Job description:

Monitor and analyze specified commercial and residential market conditions, using the areas internal and external real estate, financial and economic data, as well as research. Responsible for: evaluating property investment exit strategies with operating costs, revenue, and income streams; conducting research, analyzing macro developments, and interpreting data to provide guidance and recommendations to senior management regarding investment portfolios; performing hypothetical scenario valuation on each project based on Discounted Cash Flow valuation method; preparation of deal proposals focusing on profit projections, and analyzation of received proposals. Will also act as a first point of contact for the legal team for communicating property, investor, and deal due diligence.

Other responsibilities and duties:

• In charge of all the project related records, databases, and files. Creating, updating, and maintaining everything accordingly. This includes highly sensitive investor data.
• Keeping track, and maintaining all the investor related calculations, ranging from return calculations to refinancing.
• Distribution and preparation of investor exit strategies.
• Confidentiality is extremely important for the investors and all the administrative work should be performed in such manner.
• Occasionally responsible for communication on behalf and/or for upper management and principals. Includes clients and business partners.
• Responsible for all the outflow of valuation and analysis related materials. Including presentations, information memorandums and deal summaries & proposals.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business Administration – Finance or a related discipline
• Experience: 1 year as an Analyst or closely-related position
• Anyone hired for the Analyst position at Madison Real Estate Group is required to take an assessment test of quantitative skills, and additionally is required to pass a background check (CORI)
